I did just the weights on Wednesday and the full workout last night.

Today I took the puppy on a short walk. I really planned on working out but running up the stairs my legs were crazy tired and I figured a day off wouldn’t kill me. I’ll just do some stretching tonight to make sure my legs feel refreshed for tomorrows workout.

I need a massage. mmm an hour on my arms and back would be heaven. You’d think being a TM I could get a massage pretty easy … no, hardly anyone does trades. Anyone who knows how to actually massage and doesn’t suck balls doesn’t seem to do trades anyway.

I had a HORRIBLE massage a few weeks ago. by the end he didn’t TOUCH my muscles at all, he just spent an hour rubbing lotion on my back and my SKIN WAS NUMB by the end. You’d think a guy twice my size with muscles could do deep tissue (or even medium pressure) but no.

Massage is GREAT for everyone and also when you are working out/losing weight. it helps with your circulatory system, and cleaning all the toxins out of your system and it stretches out your muscles and helps prevent soreness. If you chose to get one, ask for a sports massage. (post event is a medium to deep pressure massage that is relaxing. pre event is quick and short 10-30 minutes long to stimulate your muscles.)

Parmesan Zucchini

    •    1 Medium Sized Zucchini
    •    1 Tbsp Fat Free Parmesan
    •    Pam Cooking Spray
Directions:
    1.    Preheat oven to 350
    2.    Slice medium zucchini into bite size pieces.
    3.    Spray baking sheet with pam
    4.    Place zucchini slices onto baking sheet
    5.    Spray the pieces lightly with Pam
    6.    Baking for 7 minutes
    7.    Sprinkle Zucchini with Parmesan

Sizzlin Summer Squash!
Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS
    •    4 summer squash
    •    1/4 cup Fat Free Butter
    •    2 tsp sea salt
    •    1 tbsp garlic powder
    •    Sprinkled Fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
    1.    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
    2.    Slice the yellow squash to about 1/4″ thickness.
    3.    Layer in even spacing in a casserole dish, in a circular pattern.
    4.    Over the top, sprinkle evenly the butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Roast for 45 minutes, or until edges are caramelized. Serve warm.

    •    1 Cup Orville Redenbachers Original Popcorn Air-popped
    •    1/2 Tbsp Non Fat Butter
    •    Jet-Puffed Marshmallow 1 Large
    •    Fat Free/Sugar Free Jell-O White Chocolate Pudding Mix 1/4 Package (You can also use different flavors!, I really like the butterscotch too)
Directions
    •    Air pop the popcorn in either a brown paper bag in the microwave or over the stove.
    •    In a separate bowl add Butter, Marshmallow, and Pudding Mix.
    •    Microwave until it forms a liquid paste.
    •    Add cup of popcorn to liquid paste and stir quickly.
    •    Form into ball and place on wax paper
    •    Let it cool
